A very important component of any ensemble is PRACTICE! Due to the limited
amount of class time, it is very important that all students devote at least
10-20 minutes of practice time three to four times per week. A portion of your
grade will be based on individual practice. Remember, parent encouragement at
home is very important.
Grading Scale
A= 100-140 minutes or more per week
B= 80-99 minutes per week
C= 60-79 minutes per week
D= 40-59 minutes per week
F= Less than 40 minutes per week
