I have been a Band Director since 1993 and the Band Director at St. Pius
since 2006.
1.To provide a desirable experience for those participating in the program.
2.To develop technical skills and musicianship needed for ensemble
participation.
3.To spark a “wantingness” to pursue music at a higher level after
completing the program.
4.To develop attitudes necessary for successful group participation and a
sense of responsibility and self-discipline required to reach and maintain
the goals and objectives that are set.
