Wednesday, February 3:  A Day classes begin their speeches on Friday (yes, in two days) and B Day classes begin on Monday (February 8).  If you forget when you present, check out the "Handouts/Links" page to the left to find out.

Friday, January 29:  BRING YOUR SPEECH RESEARCH TO CLASS ON MONDAY and TUESDAY...YOU WILL NEED IT TO WRITE YOUR SPEECH!

Wednesday, January 20:  We have recently started the second TAKS Benchmark Test.  Whatever does not get done in class will need to be completed before I have to submit the scantrons to the district.  This is important so be ready to make arrangements with me!

Tuesday, January 12:  If you have signed up for the exam re-teach and re-take, tomorrow begins the first of two tutorials you must attend in order to make up the final exam.  The tutorial tomorrow begins at 8:00 am and Thursday's tutorials are offered in the morning at 8:00 am and in the afternoon at 4:15 pm.  BOTH tutorials (Wednesday morning's tutorial and either Thursday morning's or afternoon's tutorial) MUST be attended to get credit for the final exam re-take. 

Monday, January 5:  Welcome back, students.  This semester is a fresh start, so please take advantage of the opportunities you will be given that will help you be as successful as possible in the final semester of your 10th grade year.
