What time is the best time to contact you?

I am in my class by 7:30 a.m. everyday. I am also in my room 
until 4:30 p.m. or until the last student leaves my room. My conference is 1st 
period (9:05-10:35) on A days and 7th period (12:25-2:33) on B 
days.

I love my e-mail and am pretty quick about replying. My e-mail is
