May I help out in the art room?
Of course! Check the art schedule to see when your child comes to art and
then let me know when to expect you. When you come, please sign in first in the
office. WatchDOGS, just let me know!!!
How do I get paint, etc, out of my child's clothes?
SUDENTS: This is not for you to try before your folks find out you've
messed up your clothes! Please tell them what happened BEFORE the clothes go in the
washer!
Tempera paint comes out best with a bleach pin or products like Shout or
OxyClean. Nail polish remover works sometimes on permanent marker but it could also ruin the fabric. Hair
spray can be used on ballpoint pen stains. ALWAYS TEST THE PRODUCT FIRST
SOMEWHERE WHERE IT WON'T SHOW BECAUSE THE RESULT COULD BE WORSE THAN THE
STAIN!
How will I know my child's artwork is being shown somewhere?
If artwork is shown somewhere like the PAC or public library, I will send
an 'invitation' home with the student and post it on this webpage. If it's
hanging here at school, like a class or grade level show, it will be on my
page and I'll ask the homeroom teacher to post it also in their newsletter.
How do I contact the teacher?

Will Teravista have an Art Club?
YES! It will be for one or two grade levels at a time, working on a special
project, for a specific number of weeks. This year I think we will try on-line registration.
