I moved to the Round Rock area from Illinois in December of 2004. I
graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a degree in Educational
Studies and Business Administration. I also had a minor in Hispanic
Studies. While at IWU I was a 4 year starter on the Women's Basketball
team. This August I completed my Master's Degree in Educational
Leadership at Texas State.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, coaching basketball, cheering on my
beloved CUBBIES, playing softball, going to the Round Rock Express games,and
spending time with friends and family. I coach the Varsity basketball team at
St. Dominic Savio Catholic High School as well. I enjoy watching my kiddos
(students) participate in extra curricular activities, so if you have a
soccer or football game, or performance of some sort, let me know in
adavance!
This is my 7th year teaching in Round Rock; 6 of them in 2nd grade. It is my
3rd year at Teravista Elementary. I cannot begin to tell you how excited I
am to be a part of the Teravista family and the awesome 2nd grade team!
