I am the Instructional Technology Specialist for Union Hill Elementary. This
is my fifth year to be a technology teacher, but I have been an educator for
many years. I was a librarian for 20 years - 16 at Robertson Elementary and
4 at Union Hill. I also taught at Grisham and Canyon Vista Middle Schools.
I'm a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. My undergraduate degree
is a Bachelor of Science in Education; my graduate degree is a Master of
Library and Information Science. I'm a dedicated UT football fan. I read the
Austin American Statesman and various websites for game week information, and
I watch every game intently. Hook 'em, Horns!
My husband, Carl, and I have two children. Courtney graduated from
Texas Tech and works in Austin. Cody lives in Bryan and plans to graducate
from Texas A&M.
