Hi There! I'm so glad you're able to check out our web site! Here's a little
information about me:
I was born on the beautiful & tropical island of Guam, USA. It was on Guam,
where I met my wonderful husband, Paul and had been blessed with two great
children: Paul Jr. and Monique. My adventures of motherhood had propelled me
into teaching when I found that children are the most fascinating and
amazing people to be around. Hence, I pursued my career in Education. I
graduated from the University of Guam with a bachelor's degree in Early
Childhood/Elementary Education. I've been teaching since 1996, and since
then, I’ve taught Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Grade students in
Guam, California & Texas.
This will be my ninth year in Union Hill Elementary School and I love it
here! I feel blessed to have had so many supportive parents, to be
surrounded by so many bright young students, and to be able to work with an
array of wonderful and talented teachers and staff.
This summer was so much fun! I spent precious time with my mom, and I was
able to travel with my husband to visit my family in California, Idaho and
Oklahoma. When I returned, I also had more time to spend with my daughter,
Monique, when she came for a visit during her summer break from college. My
son, Paul and my daughter-in-law, Alicia also came to visit more often with
their little baby, Sarah. I had such a wonderful time playing with my little
grand daughter, Sarah, who's now 8 months old! She's such a cutie pie!! I've
made such wonderful memories this summer, while enjoying time with my family.
What a blessing...blessings are abundant here!
Well, that's a little bit about me and what I've been up to. Now, I'm looking
forward to meeting my new students and getting to know all about them & their
families, too!
