Welcome to Third Grade! This is my 16th year of teaching. I have taught
3rd and 4th grade. I actually taught 4th grade at Union Hill the first year
it opened.
I grew up in nearby Temple, Texas. I went to college at Arizona State
University and received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. While
studying there I was also a member of the Women's Gymnastics Team. I
graduated from Northern Arizona University with my Master's Degree in
Education.
I am married and have 2 children. My daughter Samantha will be starting
Middle School this year and my son Alex will be in 3rd grade. I also have a
dog named Rocky.
This summer I took a trip to California to visit family and had a great
time! We went to Hollywood, Disneyland, and of course the beach! The
weather was fantastic!
I am looking forward to a great year!
