Accelerated Reader
Accelerated Reader is a reading incentive program in which a student chooses
a book to read. After completing the book, the student takes a computerized
reading quiz. Points are earned with each successful completion of a quiz.
When the first ten points are earned, the student receives a chain and a
tag. Tags are given for each additional 10 points earned.
