Spelling Words – Should be practiced every night. Spelling Tests are on
Fridays.
Math – Daily Practice Packets are given to students every Monday. Each day
they are to do the appropriate math practice. The completed packet is due on
Friday.
Reading – Students are required to read for at least 100 minutes per week. .
Minutes must be recorded on the weekly Reading Log in order to receive
credit. Title, author and minutes are required. After reading their
book/story students are required to write 1-2 sentences to summarize what
they read. In addition, students are to choose a response question to
respond to on the back of the reading log. Completed reading logs are due
every Monday.
Parents please review and sign your child's planner and reading log.
