Super Important!!
Large Brown Paper Grocery Bags Needed (or plastic grocery bag(s) if that's all you have handy):
Tomorrow
we will be gathering our supplies and various classroom items to be coming home for the summer. Could you please send in one or more LARGE brown paper grocery sacks to class with your child's name written in large letters at the bottom of the sack. Thanks sooooo very much! :)
Time is running out: :)
Several of the volunteer jobs in basket can EASILY be done at home. All you need to do is gather the supplies, examples in the bucket, and paper from the volunteer/teacher workroom where the copy machine is. (Next to Mrs. Gruener's office)
Volunteer Basket is Full
If you have an overwhelming desire to do a little busy work your wish has been granted. I have a few jobs in the volunteer basket out in the hall that need to be completed. I would sooooo appreciate your help- BUT nooooo pressure- I promise. :)
Its getting soooooooo hot and steamy outside:
Friendly Reminder
If you could bring a "refillable" water bottle to school that would be great. It is soooooo hot outside for recess. Please do not forget to send a healthy snack with your child each day. It must be something that they can eat with their fingers. No utensils please.
Supplies Still Needed
I
f
you happen to be shopping and a package of
black Sharpie pens
jumps into your basket please let them stay and send them to school. I would soooooo greatly appreciate it. Also, if your child would like to start using
mechanical pencils
they are more than welcome to. Our pencil sharpeners this year are being quite difficult to "get along with". They can bring in their own mechanical pencils that will go into their own personal school supply box.
