Report cards and DRA reports came home on Friday. Please sign the report card envelope and return. The report card is yours to keep. Also please sign the DRA report and return ALL copies. I will send your copy back to you.
We are very excited about our field trip on Tuesday! Please remember that the children should "dress up" for the theater. Also each child will need to bring a labeled sack lunch and labeled drink. If at all possible please put your child's lunch in a bag that can be thrown away. I would hate to lose any nice lunch kits that day. Also please make sure not to send food that needs to be refrigerated or warmed. The cooler will only be big enough for our drinks.
You received an invitation to our Rocket Reader parent meeting in the Friday Folder. Please make plans to attend one of these meetings. The Rocket Reader program is a very important part of first grade and we want to make sure everyone is clear on the requirements and expectations.
