News Flash

Dear Parents,

I wanted to let you know about my absence from school these last few days.  My husband suffered 2 strokes this past Wednesday evening.  We are so grateful that they were both very mild and he has minimal effects.  Just a little loss of balance and his depth perception is off so he is not allowed to drive yet.  I have been up at the hospital with him since Wednesday and have depended upon my FABULOUS team to help out during this time.  Your children have been in the best possible hands with Mrs. Glaze during my absence.  I am HOPING to return to school on Wednesday but will have to wait and see how Larry is progressing and if he is able to drive yet.  I cannot leave him until he is able to drive in case he needs to get somewhere while I am at work.  I appreciate all of your support, patience and understanding during this time.  I promise I will be back as soon as I can.  I miss my students and the hugs and smiles they give me every day.  Please let your children know that I am thinking about them and know they are being sweet to their subs.
