I hope that everyone has a blessed and safe Thanksgiving. Enjoy the time with family and friends.
I wanted to give you a heads up for what we will cover when we return. We are practicing two digit by one digit division at this time and will continue with that when we return. I will also introduce two digit by three digit as well as dividing with multiples. I told the class that I would let parents know that if you were bored over Thanksgiving that practice would be great. Of course that went over real well. Don't worry we will continue with lots of practice. I told them that we all learn to ride the bike at different times, and everyone will learn it. Please continue to work on multiplication facts. That is so helpful.
I also sent home a note for a stocking project. It does not have to be done over Thanksgiving at all. It is just a heads up in case you are out shopping for supplies. This is a very cute project, and you can keep it very simple.
