Homework will not be assigned every night of the week. The only homework
your child should have will be unfinished work from class or to review
notes for a test. Students will be given plenty of time to finish their work
at school if they are focused to finish. If they are spending more than 45 min. on homework each night,
then email me ASAP. They will be reminded of test dates
several days before the actual test. I will have this reminder on the
board and will send a newsflash to all who subscribe. Students may take their work home to have
parents check it, I highly encourage this, and return the following day. Please check the 6th grade
Guidelines(yellow packet) for further information about points that will be
deducted for late work and absent work policies.
