Hi, My name is Julie Leggio. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State
University in 1992 with a BA in Education. I have been teaching for 19
years. For the first eight years of my teaching career I taught in Clear
Creek, and then I taught 6 years in Pearland- my hometown. This is
my fifth year here at Windsong in FISD.
I have been married to my husband, Mike for 15 years. We have two beautiful
girls, Isabella- 12 years old and Alyssa- 9 years old. Bella will be in seventh
grade at the Jr. High, and Alyssa will be in fourth grade here at Windsong.
I believe that every child must be given the opportunity to succeed. It is
my goal to give my students the tools and opportunities they need to be
successful in my class. I want to instill a warm and comfortable
environment so that my students feel confident enough to take a risk
and learn something new every day.
