I will be sending a travel release form home with your child.  This must be filled out and returned before Friday, December 11.  I realize that the dates are well into the future and it is difficult to plan that far in advance, but I must make a list of who will be riding the bus home and who will not.  I am responsible for approximately 150 students at the meets and I will need a checklist of names with me.  If your child will be riding the bus home, you will not need to return the form.  Thank you for your cooperation in this manner.
