*We have just 3 weeks left in this trimester.  Make sure you are getting all of your work turned in on time and that you have turned in any missing assignments. 

* Reader and Creative Response Charts have been added to the homework pages for each class and to the "Documents" page under "Reading Documents."  You will also find the journal prompt handout (on the documents page) I gave you to help you if you have a nasty case of writer's block. Use them as a guide to add quality and variety to your reading responses!

Sentence-Starters.pdf (use these to help with the essay format reader responses for the deeper thinking section--the following sections are higher order thinking: making connections, adopting an alignment, forming interpretations, monitoring, revising meaning, analyzing the author's craft, reflecting and relating, evaluating)

Senior Reminders
* Bring $5 for the 8th grade ONLY dance on December 2nd
* Senior Dues ($100) and Senior Cruise ($95) payments are currently being accepted


Homeroom Reminders
* Bring in box tops to help our class win out-lunch
* We need copy paper, loose leaf paper, tissues, and paper towels
* A new class picture with ME will be taken on February 9th - Dress to Impress!
