To use the ninth grade literature book (2009 edition), do this:
1. Go to http://my.hrw.com
2. Use your student number as both your user name and password.
3. Select Elements of Literature, Third Course
4. Select the online textbook.
From here, you can enter selection titles or page numbers to get to the literature piece you need. You can listen to many of the selections by clicking on the speaker icon at the beginning of the story.
**Note that this is for the new edition of the textbook only. Some of the stories that we read out of the old textbook are not in the new book, so you'll need to check a book out for those.
To use the ninth grade language book (2004 edition), do this:
1. Go to http://my.hrw.com
2. Use your student number as both your user name and password.
3. Select Elements of Language, Third Course, 2004 edition.
4. Select the online textbook.
From here, select "Course Menu," which will give you a list of chapters. Click on the chapter you want, then scroll down until you find the section of the text you need (given by groups of pages). Scroll down until you find the appropriate page.
