How should my child prepare for the weekly spelling test?

After studying the words, using them in sentences, and playing the games on 
SpellingCity, call the words out of order and have your child write them. 
This is the format of the spelling test in class.

What do we do with the word wall papers?

The word wall papers which are sent home on Monday have a progressive list 
of the reading vocabulary words. The five new words for the week are 
highlighted and special attention should be paid to them; however, old words 
should be reviewed to make sure the student is retaining this reading 
vocabulary.
