Why do I have a summer assignment?

Our 30- week schedule requires us to make efficient use of our time.  The 
first two chapters of the text should be largely review.  We do not want to 
waste valuable class time on materials that is review.

Will I hand in my text answers weekly?

Yes, each week you will put your completed homestudy in one of your 2 
folders designed for homestudy.  Then you will pick up the other folder 
which will contain your checked work.

If I miss a class with a lab, what should I do?

If you miss class, you may schedule a make-up lab with me via e-mail for the 
following week. I am available during the 4th period class hours. Some labs 
can be completed at home and won't require this.

Where will my tests be taken?

The majority of yoru tests will be given at home.  We will have a few tests 
in class.  Again the reason for testing at home is to make sure we have 
maximum use of class time for experiments and questions.

Will we take Mid-term and Final exams?

Yes, You will take a comprehensive mid-term and final.  I will give you a 
study guide to help you prepare for the test.
