This website has been created to support students who are
learning English, as well as resources for their families and classroom
teachers.
My name is Michelle Davis, and I am the ESL Instructor for Burkeville
Elementary, Crewe Primary, Blackstone Primary and Nottoway Intermediate
School. My job is to provide intensive English instruction and academic
support to students whose English language proficiency is not yet sufficient
to perform at grade level. I will also collaborate with the classroom
teachers to ensure that each ESL student’s academic work is appropriate for
his/her English proficiency level.
