I have been teaching for 11 years, with experience in grades
K-4. This year I have the priviledge of working with English language
learners.
I received my Bachelors degree from Longwood University in 1999.
My goal is to provide an environment that is safe,
encouraging and friendly where students can feel free to learn and explore.
I strive to provide an education that is both fun and challenging. I believe
that all children can learn when given the right tools. As I work with
English Language Learners this upcoming school year my goal for them is to
strengthen their reading and writing of English, as well as work on their
academic vocabulary.
