It is now time for parents to sign up for our field trip to Colonial Williamsburg.
$12 deposits for parents are due to your child’s teacher by Friday, December 2, 2011.
Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year. We hope this will be a great year for all our students. This year we will be taking a trip to Colonial Williamsburg. The trip is scheduled for April 26, 2012. We will leave Crewe Primary School at 6:30 a.m. and return around 6:30 p.m. We will be taking a guided tour of Colonial Williamsburg from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. We will eat lunch at a fast food restaurant. After lunch we will return to Colonial Williamsburg for touring on your own and souvenir shopping. We hope this will be a wonderful trip for the students to compare life in the past to life in the present. The cost of the trip will be $50.00 per person. This amount covers the cost of the charter bus, admission into Colonial Williamsburg, and our morning guides.
Fill out the permission slip and return it to your child’s teacher with a non-refundable $12.00 deposit by October 14, 2011. We need to know the total number of students going on this trip and then we will open up spots to parents after October 14th.
On the day of the trip, you will have to provide transportation to and from school for your child. You will also need to pack snacks for your child to have on the trip going to Williamsburg and returning home. Your child will need to carry $5.00 to buy his/her lunch.
