My name is Kevin Mettinger.
I am the Director of Theatre
at Fauquier High School
in Warrenton, Virginia.

Our theatre program has gained international recognition
by being chosen one of 55 participants
in the 2009 American High School Theatre Festival
at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in EDINBURGH, SCOTLAND!

The cost per participant will be $6000.

So to help my students
have the opportunity to perform
at AHSTF at the Fringe�

I am WALKING* 3,509 MILES** TO SCOTLAND
* This equals approximately 10 miles per day for 350 days,
which will be accomplished through a combination of
incidental walking during school, planned walking outside of school,
stationary bike, and walking with someone who supports our efforts
(each person who walks with me adds their mileage to mine)

** distance from Warrenton to Edinburgh

Help us get to Scotland by sponsoring me per mile
(.01 per mile = $35; .02 per mile = $70; etc.)
