I am a proud graduate of Cox HS '79 and went to Va Tech for 2 years before
the cold Blacksburg weather and the call of the ocean brought me back to Va.
Beach. I graduated from ODU with a BS in Finance then started my first
career in banking. I soon married in '83, had 2 wonderful children and
stayed home for 10 years. During that time, I returned to ODU for a second
degree in Education. I have been teaching for 14 years, 11 of which have
been at Cox. I love boating, which most of the time means fishing with my
husband, and spending time with my children, when they are home from college.
Extra help is avalable through peer tutoring and/or after school help with
me. Please take advantage of the opportunities offered when you don't
understand the material at hand.
