We are now in our second week of Beach Fun. This week we will have a beach
day on Thursday, May 31st. We will have lots of fun with outdoor water
play. Please remember to dress your child in his/her swimsuit and bring a
beach towel. They may wear their bathing suits to school but please put a
complete change of clothes in the book bag. We will change them after our
water fun. We have made some fun projects so far. We have made a shell, a
bucket and shovel, a jellyfish, an ice cream cone and a crab. We have other
fun planned for this week.
We are also practicing for our end of the year program. Make sure to plan
your work schedule to attend if at all possible. We only have one
performance this time.
PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO REGISTER FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR.

GOOD MANNERS:
* Say "Please", "Thank You", and "Excuse Me" at the appropriate times.
* Sneeze and cough into your inner elbow.
* Wipe your nose when needed.
* Sit properly in your chair at the table with two feet in front of you under
the table and pulled up to the table.
* Sit properly and quietly in chapel with your legs out in front of you and
not bothering your neighbors.
* Listen while your teachers are talking and follow directions.
* Don't interrupt others while they are talking.
* Use nice words.
These are some basic manners. There are many others that we will regularly
reinforce.
