WHERE'S WINTER?
Perhaps February will bring winter weather. Whether it
does or not we will have an exciting month.
We will begin with a field trip to the dentist office
to learn about dental health and look at all the dentist's
cool tools.
Of course we will celebrate Valentine's Day with a party
and valentine exchange on February 14th. Please use the names
we provided to you to be attached to your child's valentine
cards.
Our letters this month will be Jj,Dd,Pp and Bb. In connection
with letter P, we will have two special events. We will celebrate
our presidents with a special craft and a partiotic parade. There
will be no school on February 20 for President's Day. Our second
special event will be pajama day. Yes we will all wear our
pajamas to school that day! More info coming.
We will continue to have our outdoor playtime every day,
weather permitting. Please make sure your child has comfortable
outerwear for the day's expected morning weather.
Your child's report card will be sent home on Wednesday,
February 8. Please sign it and return it by Friday. Feel free
to contact me if you have questions about the report card.
