Welcome to Mrs. Mitchell's Class!
We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day Party. Thank you for helping your child
with their valentines. The children had a great time passing them out and
sharing our yummy party snacks.
On Friday, February 17th we will have a Patriotic President’s Day Parade. We
will parade throughout the school to shoe our love for our country. If you
can dress your child in red, white and blue for the parade.
The week of February 13th our Word Time words will be slither, jump, moist,
slippery, frog and pond.
On February 8th, your child's first semester report cards will be sent home.
Please review, sign, and return to school.
Don't forget your book bag and folder each day.

I welcome any emails with general information, questions or comments; this is
a great way for us to touch base through the school year. Please remember not
to email me with time sensitive information or changes to your child’s school
schedule. This should be shared with me personally at the classroom door,
with a call to the school office or in the form of a note. Thank you for all
your help in making this a great school year for your child.
