About the Counselors
Anne Henry received her
Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Education (dual concentration)
from the College of William and Mary. She received her Master of Education
degree in Counseling and Development from George Mason University. Before
becoming a school counselor, she worked as a classroom teacher for 5 years.
Her counseling center is located in Room 122, otherwise known as Ms. Henry's
Tropical Retreat.
Erica Jefferson received her
Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from George Mason University. She
received her Masters degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth
University and her Master of Education degree in School Counseling from the
University of West Alabama. Before becoming a school counselor, she was a
school social worker for 8 years. She will be at Alvey three days per week
(Monday, Tuesday, and Friday), and works at Bennett Elementary for the rest of
the week. Her office is located in Room 172, otherwise known as Mrs.
Jefferson's Garden Oasis.

professional school counselors serving J.W.AlveySchool
