Welcome to the 2011-12 school year! I am excited about the start of another year and am sure it will be a productive one!
This page will serve as a source of information for my Accounting, Business Management and Law, Leadership Development and Principles of Business classes. Check out the links as you have time, but be sure to get familiar with the Course Calendar, PowerPoints, WebQuests and CyberHunts, and Extra Credit tabs in particular as they will be updated on a regular basis and you will need to use them as part of your class.
Nottoway FBLA had a great year last year placing 11 students at Regional Competion and 6 at State Competition. We put on several fundraisers, making donations to Project Ask and the Angel Tree, and went on some really fun trips. This year we have two Regional Officers and a State Vice President and are going to be more active that ever! If you are absent for an extended period, the Course Calendar will let you know what we are covering each week. Use this to stay as caught up as possible. I will be posting chapter PPTs in the PowerPoint tab that you can use as a resource if you are out.
I will also, be posting extra credit opportunities randomly, so be sure to check that tab and send me your answers each time you see something new!!
