About The Teacher

Mrs. Good is very knowledgeable in her field of U.S. history.  She has 
visited 31 of the 50 states, lived in several, visited 4 foreign countries, 
lived in one foreign country, and visited one American territory.  She has 
spent time in the two places on earth where nuclear devices have been used 
against people, Hiroshima and Nagasaki.  Mrs. Good spent 3 of her 4 high 
school years in Japan.  Coming from a military family gave her an American 
perspective from many angles.  From her experiences she has developed a 
patriotic spirit and a love for her country.  She holds a BA in history and 
English and an MAE in English.

Mission For The Class

I want all my students to widen their horizons, see outside Nottoway County, 
and gain an appreciation for all those Americans who have come before them 
and who have helped make the world that my students now enjoy.  I also want 
all my students to pass their SOL!
