Dear Parents and Students,
Thank you all very much for the teacher appreciation cards, flowers, and
gifts and my lunch from Panera last Friday. Thanks to Mrs. Coleman, Mrs.
Grandinetti, and Mrs. Alvarez for their help in so many things throughout the
year to keep us in 4B running smoothly. Also many thanks to Mrs. Ingram and
Mrs. Tyson for coordinating and running the Junior Achievement program in 4B.
The students are very enthusiastic about it. Thank you to all of our parents
who have given so generously time and again by volunteering in the many
projects we do in 4th grade to broaden your students' learning experiences.
We couldn't do it without you!
Coming up next week already is the set-up of the Living Heart in the
gym. I hate to ask once again for your help so soon after Colonial Day, but
if there is any parent who is able to help us in setting up the heart in the
gym on May 14th after school. I still need many parents to help with set-up
on Mon. Many hands make light work as they say. There is also a need for
parent volunteers to help run the heart in the gym when the students come
through it. These roles are very easy, but it helps if one person does not
have to do all of them to make it move.

The following is a note from Mrs. Yee in the cafeteria regarding changes:
Hello teachers: Please make a note to let the parents know on your website
that smoothie day has changed to May 21st (not May 14th). Also, May 24th is
Italian Sub not corn dog as mentioned in the Tiger Talk. Tara is making the
changes on the website and Mrs. Kobyra will post it on Tuesday tidbits but I
wanted to make sure you are aware as well.
