Who can be in Chorus?

All fifth grade students are elgible to be in Chorus.  We will meet once a 
week during PE. Permisssion slips will be going home before the end of 
September.

Who can be in Tone Chimes?

All fifth grade students are elgible to be in Tone Chimes (and Chorus).  We 
will meet once a week before school. Permission slips will be going home 
before the end of September.

Do I really need a recorder (flute)?

All 4th and 5th grade students NEED a quality recorder. Recorder is a part 
of the general music curriculum. Recorders will be sold by the Music teacher 
to 4th graders. A limited amount of replacement recorders are available to 
be purchased by 5th graders.

Where can I get recordings of the recorder songs for 5th grade?

Most of the selections we will learn this year in 5th grade are from the 
series "RECORDER WORKS."  Student recordings can be purchased from Plank 
Road Publishing Company by calling 1-800-437-0832.

Most of the recorder selections we will play this year are from the 
series "Recorder Karate." Student recordings can be purchased from Plank
