I'm ending my 15th year of teaching at VAA! I've taught Second through Sixth,
and Ninth grades. I am currently teaching 5th and 6th grades.
In 1996, I retired from the U. S. Coast Guard after twenty-six years of
service as a Chief Warrant Officer (CWO3). I have been married for over 35
years and have two adult children. One daughter is married and lives in the
Washington, DC area, and the other daughter is a LT in the U.S. Navy Medical Service
Corps and is also married.
In my spare time I love to read, work in our flower garden, take photographs, play tennis,
play chess, listen to music, and walk for fitness.

Food: Vegetarian - Italian, Hispanic, Chinese, Thai, Soul, Indian, Asian, Sweet potato pie,
