What do I have to wear to PE?

A CHS PE shirt, shorts/sweats, and shoes that are comfortable to run, jump, 
and kick in.

What if I don't feel good in PE?

Do the best that you can in the state you are in!

What if I dont dress out for PE?

You recieve a zero and the points cannot be made up. After 1 warning, you 
may also recieve a referral!

How can I make up PE if I am absent (and it is excused)?

1. You can make up PE before and after school. Set up a time with Mrs. 
Parbon and you will dress down and do an activity for 30 minutes.
2. You can do up to 2 outside make-ups by downloading the "Make-up PE" form
in the handout section.
3. Go to an HLA (Healthy LiIfestyle Advocates) meeting. See/listen for
school bulletin for meeting times.

When is the best time to stretch?

After a good warm-up and after your workout! Muscles need to be warm to 
increase flexibility and prevent injuries.
