Parents and Guardians of Custer Students:
Just a few reminders regarding immunizations:
2.) There have been 2 changes for school vaccine requirements for Kindergarten entry, this year:
a.)Varicella (Chickenpox)- 2 doses received on or after the 1st birthday and at least 28 days apart or signed verification of disease from health care provider. Parent report of disease is no longer acceptable.
b.)Polio- 4 doses if all were given before the 1st birthday and 3 doses if the last dose is given on or after the 4th birthday. (Previously, 4 were required with the 4th one having to be on or after the 4th birthda
