 ~PTA GENERAL MEETING: Our monthly general meeting has been rescheduled to Tuesday, February 21 – to avoid any scheduling conflicts families may have for Valentine's Day. Our special guest will be Krista Colvin with her presentation "Organize the Whole Shebang...  ~FOR 4TH& 5THGRADERS – ART CONTEST FOR THE 2012 VOTERS’ PAMPHLET: The Office of the Secretary of State in Olympia invites students in Grades 4 and 5 to enter the 2012 Kids’ Art Contest. The winning art will be featured in the 2012 General Election Washington State Voters’ Pamphlet. Last year, there were 3.5 million copies distributed statewide. The winning artist will also receive a surprise visit from Secretary of State Sam Reed at his or her school.  The theme for this year is “If I Could Vote.” This art contest is an opportunity for Washington’s youngest citizens to be a part of elections and think about what they would value as voters. Students enter the contest by submitting their art with an entry form no later than April 16. Click here for the Entry Form: http://www.miniurl.com/s/90.
