Job Description for the 6^th Grade Co-Ed Track & Field  Intramural Advisor

Season: Spring: (31 MAR – 29 MAY 09)      

Advisor Pay: $649.00

Duties and Responsibilities:

a.)    Must meet with students a minimum of twice a week from 3:10 – 4:10 PM

b.)    Must supervise all students during the intramural period

c.)    Must be technically proficient at instructing all aspects of track & field

d.)    Must have valid CPR/First Aid status or be enrolled in a CPR/First Aid class

e.) Must have taken and passed the WIAA online rules clinic for Track & Field.

f.)    Must provide end of season award certificates for all members of the team

g.)      Is responsible for the requesting and inventory of all equipment needed for this activity through the Athletic Director

h.)    Must be able to supervise a minimum of two extended intramural track & field periods until 5:30 (Extended pay for these periods will be provided)

i.)    Must be able to supervise the Hudtloff entry in the SeaMount League 6^th Grade Track & Field Tournament in March from 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM (Extended pay will be provided for the SeaMount League 6^th grade Track & Field Meet)

 

 

  Job Description for the Tennis Team Advisor

Season: Spring: (06 APR - 29 MAY 09)

Advisor Pay: $649.00

Duties and Responsibilities:

a.) Must supervise all students during the home and away tennis matches

b.) Must support the tennis coach in her duties as required

c.) Must have valid CPR/First Aid status or be enrolled in a CPR/First Aid class
