supports efforts helping children across the nation. Jason Lee PTA strives
each year to support the school with volunteers, activities, programs, and
with monetary efforts such as books for the library, new computers for the
computer lab, classroom and grade level grants, Camp Wooten funding,

simply to become a member!

Fill out the form

Enclose completed form and membership fees
in a sealed envelope marked "PTA"

Send with your child and have them put it
in the "PTA Can" in their classroom Or Hand your sealed envelope to any Jason
Lee PTA Officer (click here for a list)
