Is late work accepted in 7th grade?

Late work is not accepted in 7th grade. It is our responsibility to teach
good habits that lead to success. (Work not turned in on time is given
1 point to reflect the fact that the assignment has been turned in.)

We do realize there are emergencies in life. Each quarter you will receive
two late work "passes". One is for 100% credit and one is for 50% credit on
the late assignment. Staple your pass to the late work in order to receive
100% or 50% on your late assignment.

How do I make-up work if I am absent?

At the beginning of the year, students choose one "Study Buddy" to write
down assignments if they are absent. Upon returning to school, students
contact their Study Buddy for the previous day's work. Students are given
one day to make up assignments for each day missed (excused absences only).

What should I do if I don't understand an assignment?

If you don't understand an assignment, ask a friend first. If you still
don't understand the assignment, ask me. I am also available after school
for additional help if you need it (2:15-2:45 pm). Please make arrangements
ahead of time and make sure you have transportation provided after school.

What do I do if I am late to class?

or from Mount Baker staff. If you do not have a written excuse, you will be
