The St Anne P.E. program is designed for all kids to be active all the time. We do 22 different units and
also do the Presidential Fitness Test twice per year. It is expected that all kids will participate to the
fullest extent every day. Each child is expected to accomplish the following goals each time they have
P.E.:
Do your best everyday.
Be safe.
Have fun.
Be a great teammate.
Make those around you better.
Be open to new concepts.
Be willing to improve.
Other goals of this program include educating the kids on the following concepts:
Include some sort of physical activity in your life each day.
Understand what constitutes a healthy diet.
Have knowledge of the the major muscles and bones in your body.
