Charlie and the Chocolate Factory- The permission slips and the $7.00 need to
be turned in by this Wednesday, October 28th. Students will want to bring
money for lunch at either Taco Bell or Burger King on the way home. The play
begins at 11:45 a.m., so students will want to eat a snack on the way to
Portland. We will load up on the bus at 10:00 a.m. and will return to the
school by the end of the day.
Grandparents’ Day- Please remember to let me know if your child has someone
attending our Grandparents’ Day on Friday, November 6th beginning at 1:30
until 3:00 p.m. Grandparents will come to the classroom and attend a sock hop
with the class for a half hour. Our class will be dancing at 2:00 p.m. We
will have a time of sharing in the classroom by those grandparents who would
enjoy sharing something special, such as an interesting event in their life,
a hobby, or collection.
