If you missed graduation order day, send your order directly to the address on the order form as soon as possible!
Here are some preliminary dates to mark on your calendar. Be aware that final dates and times are subject to change. Please check regularly to ensure that you don't miss anything!
Tuesday, March 13--graduation order distribution during the lunch periods in the commons
If you missed graduation order distribution, see Mr. Buchholz as soon as possible. If you owe for your order, you may pay cash or money order at school or send to Jostens. You may also pay with credit card to Jostens. Once payment is received in full, Mr. Buchholz will be cleared to release your graduation material.
Gold Tassels and Honor Cords: Seniors graduating with a cumulative gpa of 3.0 and higher will receive gold tassels to wear at graduation. National Honor Society will receive gold honor cords to wear on their gowns. These will be ordered by the school. (If you do get a gold tassel, bring your regular tassel on graduation day in case we need to loan one.)
End of April/Early May--seniors will receive a Graduation Commitment Agreement and Post-Graduation Intention Survey
Wednesday, May 16--Senior class meeting to discuss deadlines and sign up for senior class party on June 1. Any student not attending this meeting that would like to attend the class party will need to RSVP to Mr. Buchholz by May 24
Friday, May 18--Commitment Agreement and Post-Graduation Intention Survey are due to Mr. Buchholz or to the main office.
Friday, May 18--Rough draft graduation speeches are due to Mr. Brimacombe or Mr. Buchholz
Friday, May 25--Senior Awards Day (Senior Dress-Up Day)
Wednesday, May 30--Fines and obligations due for seniors, Senior Exams hours 1-4
Thursday, May 31--Senior Exams hours 5-8
Friday, June 1--Graduation practice in auditorium at 7:50 a.m. Graduation tickets given at that time. Additional grad tickets dispersed at 1:00 p.m. Senior class party at the Jefferson VFW at 5:30. Entertainment will be provided by ComedySportz out of Milwaukee and food will be catered. Large cash door prizes will be given.
Sunday, June 3--1:30 arrive for graduation dressed appropriately. 2:00 Graduation begins.
