My name is Kathy Boyd, and this year is my sixth at Stone Bank School. Previously, I taught middle
school Spanish and fourth grade. This past summer, I earned my master's degree from Cardinal Stritch
University's graduate program in Reading/Learning Disabilities. I love first grade and seeing the
progress a student makes as the year progresses. My family consists of my husband, Bob, and my 2
children Jaron and Samantha, who are in eighth and seventh grade this year. We all love to go camping
and to read. I also like to take long walks and to play volleyball. I look forward to an exciting year in
first grade at Stone Bank School!
