Where can I go to check my child's grades?
You can check your child's grades by going to the Wilmot Grade
School Website, clicking on Family Access, and entering in your
personal code. Grades are updated weekly.
What happens when my child will miss school because of a family vacation?
Fill out an absence form which can be obtained from the office.
If adequate time is provided, homework will be sent home with
your child the last day before your child leaves. Completed
homework should be handed in when your child returns to school.
Will my child be going on a field trip?
Please check my teacher web calendar for any special events,
activities, or field trips being planned for the month.
How can I volunteer in my child's classroom?
I appreciate any help parents, older siblings, and grandparents
are willing to provide. You can volunteer to help at school
(during centers, with individualized spelling test etc.) or at
home (cutting, coloring etc.) Please e-mail me or call me to let
me know how and when you are willing to help.
How do I get my child's homework when they are sick?
Call the office and they will let me know that you have requested
your child's homework. Please call early in the day, so I will
have enough time to get things together.
What should I do if my child does not understand the homework?
Please call me at school (862-6461) or at home (537-4619) if you
need help.
Will my child have a snack time?
We will have snacks in the afternoon. Your child will be
responsible bringing his/her own snack.
