This week we will be working on the story Animal Babies in the Grassland. It
covers the letter Pp and such skills as main idea; compare &contrast;
adjectives for colors; blending sounds. There is no school on Wednesday due
to Veteran's Day. We will have a member of the Grant Co. Sheriff Department
here to discuss their job as a policeman. On Friday we will have the chance
to see and ride a small pony brought in by one of Mrs. Jones' students. Don't
forget to sign the permission slip so that your child can participate.
