Will my child usually have homework each day?

No, as not all students have access to a computer at home, my assignments are
usually designed for completion in the classroom. I will post the assignments
on the Homework & Announcement pages.

What makes up a student's grade?

I consider three objective things when determining a student's grade;
Bellwork, Classwork, and Tests. Bellwork 100 points, Classwork 100 points and
Tests are 200 points for a total of 400 points.

What if my child didn't do as well as I expected on the Mid Term grade?

Remember all students have until just a couple of days before the end of each
semester to turn in any missing assignments and/or take missing tests. All
make up work is counted for full value of the assignment.

How can my child prepare for important upcoming tests?

I tell my students that the important thing is not to stress out over a test.
They know how to do the work. The important thing is to do the best they can
and concentrate on accuracy and speed.
