Alt + 0211 = Ó
Alt + 163 = ú
Alt + 0218 = Ú
Alt + 164 = ñ
Alt + 165 = Ñ
Alt + 168 = ¿
Alt + 173 = ¡ (upside-down !)

On a Mac:

Option + e, the letter a = á
Option + e, the letter A = Á
Option + e, the letter e = é
Option + e, the letter E = É
Option + e, the letter i = í
Option + e, the letter I = Í
